What is a wax melt? A wax melt is literally a wickless candle. You will need a wax melt burner/warmer in order to put a piece of the wax in to melt and release aroma around your home. What are scented granules? These are natural rock salts that have been soaked in fragrance oil. When burning, they release a strong aroma around your home. Burn times vary with each scent.
What is the best way to remove wax/granules from my burner? I usually melt the wax and pop a cotton pad in to absorb the melted wax. Avoid trying to remove cold/hard wax, you will crack and damage your burner. Granules can be discarded at anytime by letting them cool down and tipping into the bin.
How long does delivery/postage take? Current turn around times for orders is 3-5 days from day of order (usually a lot less than this), then 2-3 days from dispatch for delivery. Once dispatched tracking will be provided in your ‘shipped’ email. If you have opted for collection/local delivery, again check your ‘shipped’ email...i will pop details on there.

Do we accept returns? If you are unfortunately unhappy with your products please get in touch through the contacts page and we will get back to you as as soon as possible. This must be done within 48hrs of receiving your goods. If for any reason your burner is faulty, this must be reported to us within 30 days of purchase.
